Position:

Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you will be second-in-command in the kitchen, playing a key role in delivering extraordinary meals in an extraordinary setting. You’ll help lead a talented team and ensure that every dish — from high tea to harvest-style dinners — is flawless.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.

  • Ensure every dish is perfectly executed, from high tea to dinners under the stars.

  • Keep the kitchen running smoothly even during high-pressure services.

  • Mentor junior staff and help build a strong, collaborative kitchen brigade.

  • Oversee food preparation, stock levels, and ensure kitchen cleanliness.

  • Bring creativity to the menu, utilizing local ingredients and seasonal flavors.

  • Work across multiple services: breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner, picnics, and private dining.

  • Ensure every plate reflects our commitment to luxury, quality, and taste.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • A deep appreciation for nature, seasonality, and local ingredients.

  • Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
