Position Summary
To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operational activities, and merchandising in store, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Objectives

Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments.

Safely handle cash at all times.

Proactively promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.

Inform customers of promotions to positively influence sales.
-
Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador.

Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer.

Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.

Minimum Requirements
Education:

Essential: Grade 12.

Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level.
Experience:

Desirable: Experience in a customer-facing role within retail/FMCG operations.
