About the Role
TELUS is looking for detail-oriented individuals in South Africa to join our global AI community as Media Search Analysts. In this role, you’ll evaluate digital media content across music, books, podcasts, video, apps, and more. You will use online tools to assess and validate search results, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and cultural alignment for the South African market.
What You’ll Do

Evaluate and analyze media search results across multiple content categories.

Research and validate the accuracy of queries using provided guidelines.

Review App Store content and assess user intent relevance.

Work independently on a flexible schedule using an online evaluation platform.
Requirements

Active Apple ID and ownership of an Apple device.

Full professional proficiency in English.

Residency in South Africa for at least 1 year.

Familiarity with Apple products, apps, music, and video.

Up-to-date knowledge of South African news, culture, sports, and media trends.

Strong internet research skills and attention to detail.

Reliable computer and broadband connection.

Ability to work independently.
