Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar Admissions Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an innovative network of schools that is developing generations of innovators and leaders who will shape the African Century. This position is part of the centralised Marketing Team in South Africa and requires daily on-campus presence and travel between schools.


About the Role

Admissions Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling experiences to prospective parents through events, calls, emails, and more to drive enrollment.

  • Conduct school tours and assessments alongside school teams.

  • Drive both online and offline application generation activities.

  • Attend expos and community events to engage prospective parents.

  • Meet admissions targets (weekly, monthly, annually) by managing applicants through the admissions funnel.

Communications:

  • Handle all written, verbal, and electronic communications to prospective families.

  • Ensure timely, professional, and persuasive messaging.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the face of your campus, engaging closely with families and school teams.

  • Build and maintain relationships with feeder school partners.

Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain dashboards and submit weekly reports.

  • Link business goals with school requirements through data analysis.

Events Management:

  • Organise and execute events like open days to drive interest and enrollment.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on event planning and execution.


About You

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of admissions experience (essential) with a proven track record.

  • At least 3 years in sales, marketing, communications, or business development (education sector ideal).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Results-oriented and thrives under pressure.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Relationship builder who connects well with a diverse community.

  • Passionate about education in Africa and aligned with Nova Pioneer’s values and growth mindset.
