The Opportunity: Financial Assessor (Graduate Position)
If you’ve recently graduated with a qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management, this role is your stepping stone into a career that combines purpose and growth.
As a Financial Assessor, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers seeking financial help. Your role will be to gather financial information, provide a preliminary assessment, and help educate clients on how IDM can support them.
This role serves as a gateway into the Financial Consultant position within 6–12 months, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to consumers who have enquired about our services

Collect and assess their financial information

Conduct light financial assessments to determine eligibility for IDM solutions

Educate consumers on available services and guide them through next steps

Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations

Transfer clients to the Financial Consulting team for in-depth support

Use internal platforms to manage consumer engagement effectively
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business or related fields

Computer literate

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Motivated to grow into a Financial Consultant role
