🎯 Internship Objective
To support project administration across multiple infrastructure projects and assist the centralized Design & Construction team, while building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Minimum Requirements

Qualification: National Diploma in Project Management and/or Civil Engineering

Experience: No prior work experience required

Must not have previously participated in an internship programme.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Engineering Teams.

Attend and accurately minute project meetings.

Assist in updating consultant tender documents.

Prepare technical documentation for procurement (SCM) processes.

Manage document filing using OpenText (EDMS).

Support audits with relevant project documentation.

Assist with travel arrangements (local and international) for Project Managers.

Compile presentations and assist with drafting internal correspondence.
