Position Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing the Centre’s marketing programs, strategies, reports, and administration including financial oversight. This role oversees product marketing, advertising, promotions, exhibitions, and customer relations including public relations to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation. The manager drives marketing trends, manages budgets, and reports regularly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the shopping centre’s marketing and brand strategies across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Manage marketing budget, planning, and cost efficiencies.

Conduct annual marketing research and consumer engagement strategies.

Lead a marketing team including Marketing Assistants, Interns, and Customer Care officers.

Manage tenant liaison, customer engagement, and public relations activities.

Organize tenant and marketing meetings.

Maintain effective communication with media, tenants, clients, and service providers.

Monitor and validate Non-GLA income and expense targets, contracts, and financial documentation according to ISO standards.

Provide weekly and monthly reports and support business growth through strategic initiatives.

Assist with budgets, forecasts, management packs, and special projects.

Education & Experience

Associate’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, public relations, and advertising.

Proficient in computer applications and graphic arts tools.
