🧠 Role Purpose
Support academic staff in the integration of ICT into curriculum and teaching practices. Focus on:

Enhancing digital teaching competencies

Developing digital content and tools
-
Providing first-line support and training
🎯 Key Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with HODs and teachers to embed ICT in classroom practice
-
Conduct training workshops on digital tools, intranet, and e-learning platforms
-
Mentor teachers in the classroom with new tools or instructional models
-
Support new staff and student ICT onboarding
-
Assist in software onboarding, licensing, and documentation
-
Co-create research skills programmes with the Resource Centre
-
Stay current with EdTech trends and solutions
✅ Required Skills & Attributes

Technically competent in Office 365 and educational ICT tools

Strong people skills: empathetic, communicative, team-oriented

Excellent trainer/coach – able to mentor staff with varying levels of ICT proficiency

Organised and proactive: works well independently and as part of a team

Able to understand and engage with technical documentation
