Programme Overview
The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa (Land Bank) is offering a 24-month Graduate Learnership Programme for young unemployed graduates interested in pursuing a career in the actuarial, statistical, or data science fields. Purpose of the Programme

To provide recent graduates with structured workplace experience and exposure in their field of study

To support young professionals, especially from historically disadvantaged backgrounds, to grow in the agricultural and insurance sectors
Key Responsibilities

Complete all allocated duties professionally under mentor supervision

Engage in personal skills development related to the actuarial/insurance field

Perform administrative tasks as assigned

Conduct research and compile reports, memorandums, presentations, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold a tertiary qualification in one of the following:

Actuarial Sciences

Mathematical Statistics

Data Science
-
Insurance-related qualifications
