Role Overview:

Be the face and voice of the brand as the first point of contact for customers. Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class service by understanding and responding to customer needs accurately

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints responsibly and professionally

  • Document and update call history and necessary follow-up actions accurately

  • Stay updated on programs and products through continuous learning

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws


Requirements:

  • Matric/NQF Level 4 qualification

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably in an international call centre

  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

  • Ability and willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Experience in food/retail industries is a plus

  • Proficient with computers and system navigation

  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

  • Able to handle sensitive customer complaints diplomatically

  • Able to work 8-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch

  • Must be based in Randburg
