Key Responsibilities

Supervise, manage, and motivate a team of workshop staff

Oversee fleet service and maintenance programs in line with procedures

Manage stores stock in coordination with the storeman

Attend regular HSE meetings and conduct toolbox talks with workshop staff

Perform ad hoc tasks as required, meeting deadlines and operational standards
