Job Description:
The Unilever YES Programme is a 12-month internship aimed at providing South African youth with meaningful work experience and career development. This immersive experience will equip you with practical skills, exposing you to real-world business challenges. Participants will be involved in various business functions, gaining hands-on experience that accelerates their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Support across different business functions such as Customer Development, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.

Take on responsibilities that drive the function’s performance and offer accelerated learning.

Work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real business projects.
Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen aged between 18 and 34 years.

Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.

Completed Matric (Grade 12); relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus.

Must have no more than 2 years of work experience.

Willingness to commit to the full 12-month programme.

Strong computer literacy, communication skills, and time management.
