Main Purpose of the Role
Under the supervision of the Learning and Development Manager, the Learner will gain practical experience in designing, implementing, and managing training programmes. The role involves assisting with updating resources, preparing training materials, and supporting the delivery of both virtual and in-person training sessions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives

Support the creation and updating of training resources using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, iSpring Suite, or KnowBe4
-
Prepare and support the delivery of virtual and in-person instructor-led training

Provide administrative support: logistics, record-keeping, and reporting
-
Contribute to needs analysis and identifying skills gaps

Assist with tracking individual development plans

Liaise with training providers to recommend best-fit learning solutions

Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes

Collaborate with trainers, managers, and employees

Attend team meetings and L&D training sessions
