Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee purchasing, food preparation, and presentation.

Design, plan, and implement menus.

Apply creativity and innovation in cooking.

Manage and secure kitchen equipment, stock, and uniforms.

Ensure cost-effective production processes reflecting best practices.

Maintain consistent food and beverage COS across outlets.

Monitor and manage hygiene standards (90% external audit compliance).
-
Maintain and manage HACCP standards.
-
Promote and ensure a safe working environment.

Adhere to Fedics GMPs, QA documents, and best practices.

Conduct stock takes, rotation, and control measures.

Ensure profitability on all food items.

Qualifications & Experience
