Job Description
The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT systems across the business, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities

Install and configure new software and hardware (servers, printers, workstations, etc.).

Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

Manage system and internet security, including anti-virus protection.

Diagnose and fix network issues.

Monitor network usage and carry out day-to-day IT admin tasks.

Plan for future IT system improvements.

Provide IT solutions to business problems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Manage GRN stock into IQ Retail System.

Conduct stock takes with managers and align inventory in the system.

Generate stock, MIS, accounting, and HR reports.

Support all departments with IT-related needs.

Perform other IT tasks as required by the company.
Minimum Requirements
-
Proven technical knowledge of IT systems.

Experience with hardware/software installation and network troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of system security and data protection.
-
Experience with IQ Retail System and stock control processes.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
