Purpose of the Role
To support maintenance operations on mechanical/electro-mechanical systems and equipment by assisting artisans, operating equipment, and collecting technical field data.
Key Responsibilities

Assist artisans during maintenance and repair tasks
-
Maintain strict safety and housekeeping standards
-
Safely use and manage tools and workshop equipment
-
Prepare tools and materials for tasks as per artisan instructions
-
Assist in installing/removing machine components
-
Identify and apply correct lubricants or oils during servicing
-
Transport and deliver samples as required
Minimum Qualifications
-
Matric / High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Occupational Trade Qualification/Certificate (in relevant mechanical discipline)
Experience Required
-
1 to 2+ years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience
