Program Details:
The YES Programme at Unilever is designed to ignite your potential and provide hands-on experience across various business functions. Interns will play a key support role across different business areas, gaining accelerated work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Interns will support teams in different business functions, contributing to essential operations. The key functions are:

Customer Development (CD):

Work with major supermarkets to ensure optimal sales and customer collaboration.

Assist in product demos, logistics for events, and content creation for webinars and videos.

Marketing:

Help drive brand building, consumer engagement, and market share growth.

Supply Chain:

Learn end-to-end processes from sourcing to delivery.

Support in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Assist with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Age: 18 – 34 years

South African citizen
-
Currently unemployed and not studying full-time

Completed Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant tertiary qualifications (advantageous)

No more than 2 years of work experience

Commitment to the 12-month programme
