Program Details:
The YES Programme offers participants the opportunity to work across various business functions at Unilever, gaining hands-on experience and accelerating their readiness to take on leadership roles in the future.
Main Responsibilities:
Interns will support different business functions, contributing to key operations and playing a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of each function:

Customer Development (CD):

Work with major customers to ensure optimal sales and effective collaboration.

Culinary:

Assist with product demos, event logistics, and content creation for culinary webinars.

Marketing:
-
Drive brand building and consumer engagement strategies.

Supply Chain:

Learn the end-to-end process from sourcing to delivery.

Human Resources (HR):

Support in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Finance:

Help with financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

IT (Information Technology):

Support technology solutions and digital transformation projects.

Mechanical Engineering:

Contribute to engineering projects and gain exposure to manufacturing processes.

Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE):

Assist in implementing systems to reduce Occupational Health and Safety risks.

Minimum Requirements:
-
Age: 18 – 34 years
-
South African citizen
-
Currently unemployed and not studying full-time
-
Completed Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant tertiary qualifications (advantageous)

No more than 2 years of work experience

Commitment to a 12-month programme
-
Must not have completed a YES Programme previously

Excellent computer literacy
