Job Description
RCL FOODS is seeking a Raw Material QC Monitor for its Speciality Centurion operating unit. This role ensures the quality and compliance of raw materials within the production process and supports operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum appropriate qualification: Grade 12 / Equivalent NQF 4 / Recognized Prior Learning (RPL)

Food Safety or Food Science/Technology qualification advantageous

Experience in a Food Processing / Production Plant or FMCG Production environment preferred

Good interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills

Computer literate (basic)

Willing to work shifts and flexible hours

Assertive, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions

Strong documentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor raw materials, packaging, warehouse, chocolate room, and other related areas

Receiving and inspection of materials

Storage of raw materials, packaging, chillers, and containers

Administrative tasks related to quality control and stock documentation

Support projects as required
