About the Role
Parklands College is seeking a General Site Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations at their busy school. This role will also grow into the position of Maintenance Manager over time.
Requirements
-
Age between 30 and 45 years
-
Physically fit and in good health
-
Previous experience in the building industry, with skills in:

General carpentry
-
Plastering
-
Tiling
-
Welding
-
Flooring
-
Basic electrical
-
Plumbing
-
Painting
-
-
Completion of a full apprenticeship in one of the above trades

Minimum of 3 contactable references
-
Valid Police clearance certificate including:
-
Criminal Clearance Register
-
Child Protection Register
-
National Register for Sex Offenders (proof of application)

Additional Notes
