✅ Minimum Requirements

| Experience | 1–2 years in ICT (as an IT Technician) |
| Systems Knowledge | ITS / MIS, PERSAL, Office365 |
| Skills | LAN/WAN support, IT security, troubleshooting, client service, problem-solving, communication |
| License | Valid driver’s license |
🔶 Advantage: Public service ICT experience is beneficial.

Install, configure, and maintain:

Desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices

Applications (e.g. MS Office 365, Adobe)

Antivirus and operating systems

Manage:

User accounts (Active Directory, O365)

Printer connections (network & local)

Network availability & computer domain joining

IT asset register and software license records

Support:

Remote and onsite user support

PERSAL and ITS troubleshooting

System backups and security measures

Liaise with vendors and prioritise IT help desk tickets
