Minimum Requirements

Requirement Details
Education Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory
Advantageous National Diploma/Degree in Office Administration or Management
Experience 1–2 years in general administration
Added Advantage Experience in the Public Service Education and Training (PSET) sector

🧠 Knowledge and Skills

  • Legislation & policies applicable to administration and public service

  • Basic financial administration

  • Records & document management

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential)

  • Contract management

  • Event planning support


📌 Key Duties

  • Provide clerical/administrative support to the Corporate Services Manager

  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

  • Assist with financial administration tasks

  • Manage contracts and documents

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events

  • Stay up to date with relevant prescripts and policies affecting Corporate Services
