Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher for the Senior Phase (Grades 7–9) to join our team in January 2026. This is a full-time teaching position that involves working closely with learners requiring additional academic and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to Grade 7–9 learners

Apply differentiated instruction strategies to meet diverse learning needs

Collaborate with teaching staff to align goals and strategies

Participate in school life and uphold the school’s values and ethos
Minimum Requirements:

B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification with specialisation in Mathematics

Experience teaching Grades 7–9 Mathematics (Senior Phase)

Proven ability to support learners with barriers to learning

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
-
SACE registration (or proof of application)

South African citizen
-
Clear criminal clearance certificate
Recommended / Advantageous:

Experience teaching in an ISASA school or with the IEB curriculum

Knowledge and/or experience in remedial education or support
