🎯 Role Overview
Elkanah House High School, a part of the ADvTECH Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Principal to join their leadership team. This is a key management role focused on academic excellence, leadership, student affairs, and innovation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Serve on the School Management Team (SMT).

Lead academic coordination, timetabling, and curriculum planning.

Handle parent communication, meetings, and relationship management.
-
Enforce and maintain the school’s Code of Conduct.

Oversee event planning and school marketing/PR efforts.
-
Manage student discipline and support student leadership development.
-
Coordinate community outreach and social responsibility programmes.
-
Manage budgeting, financial controls, and resource planning.
-
Drive research, innovation, and academic strategy.
-
Provide guidance and mentorship to academic staff.
-
Take the lead on project planning and execution.
✅ Minimum Requirements
-
Degree and/or 4-year Post-Matric Teaching Qualification
-
SACE Registration (compulsory)
-
At least 5 years of teaching and management experience

Strong academic and operational background
-
Experience in a similar school environment
-
IEB curriculum experience will be advantageous
