✅ Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)

Experience teaching Stage 1 / early primary (Cambridge Primary experience preferred)

Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods

Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills

Passionate, adaptable, and creative in your teaching approach
