Penryn NPC, an independent co-educational school in Mbombela, rooted in Christian values and affiliated with the Methodist Church, seeks an experienced and passionate Hockey Specialist & Programme Administrator to lead and grow the hockey programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and oversee the school’s hockey programme at all levels

Organise and manage fixtures, practices, tours, and festivals
-
Handle all administrative functions related to sport: logistics, equipment, schedules, communication, and reporting
-
Collaborate within the broader sports department
-
Promote holistic development through participation in co-curricular and pastoral activities
-
Contribute to a values-based, Christian educational environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Proven hockey coaching experience (school and/or club level)
-
Relevant coaching qualification(s)
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Strong planning and team management abilities
-
A collaborative and committed team player
-
Willingness to undergo staff vetting and participate in professional development
