Lead and manage the Pre-Primary and Playschool phases

Implement the Reggio Emilia Approach and other innovative teaching methodologies

Drive sporting and cultural development

Ensure enrolment, retention, and parent satisfaction

Oversee staff mentorship, development, and peer learning

Represent and profile the school positively within the community

Collaborate with the broader College leadership and stakeholders
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Passion for early childhood education and child development
-
Proven leadership experience in Pre-Primary or similar education setting
-
Strong working knowledge of remedial education and physical development
-
SACE-registered graduate educationalist
-
Additional qualifications in psychology, business administration, or HR are highly desirable
-
Competent in IT, marketing, social media, and school operations
-
Inspirational leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Experience working with boards and parent associations is a plus
