🔍 About the Role:
Thorburn Security Solutions is seeking experienced Supervisors to manage security operations at high-profile automotive and commercial sites. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and client liaison capabilities.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of on-site security teams.

Ensure adherence to security protocols and client standards.
-
Supervise guard deployment, shift rosters, and attendance.
-
Perform spot checks and site inspections to monitor discipline and readiness.
-
Respond to and report on incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
-
Manage access control, patrols, surveillance, and incident records.
-
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and team support.
-
Liaise professionally with clients and internal management.
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Assist in investigations and enforce workplace discipline.

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
-
PSIRA Grade A (preferred) or Grade B (considered)

3–5 years’ experience in a security supervisory role

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Computer literacy (MS Office, emails, reporting systems)

Familiarity with rostering and workforce systems
