This role is ideal for someone experienced in vehicle stock control within the motor industry, with strong attention to detail and integrity. You will manage the ordering, capturing, invoicing, and stock control of vehicles, supporting the sales team and ensuring financial accuracy.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing: Invoice vehicles correctly based on management-approved offers to purchase.
-
Stock Capture: Bring vehicles into stock and update the system daily.
-
Order Management:
-
Create purchase orders for fitments/reconditioning.
-
Track outstanding orders and payments.
-

Costing & Reporting:
-
Balance vehicle costs with department records.
-
Run reports on outstanding stock and vehicle provisions.
-

Documentation:
-
Ensure complete deal files before invoicing.
-
Manage registration/licensing for used vehicles.
-

Stock Audits: Conduct stock takes twice a week; update demo fleet records.
-
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Required:

Matric Certificate
-
Stock control & invoicing experience
-
Experience in the motor trade
-
Computer literacy with strong Excel skills
