Role Purpose

The Personal Lines Data Capturer: Client Services will handle inbound and outbound telephonic communication with clients, ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently and that service delivery exceeds expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification: Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF Level 4
Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a Call Centre and/or Administrative role
Computer literacy is essential

Handle inbound and outbound client communication.
Resolve queries promptly and accurately; refer only when necessary.
Capture client information accurately in IT systems.
Provide clients with correct product information.
Deliver service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
