Job Overview

The Crazy Store Head Office is looking for an ambitious, responsible, and self-motivated Junior Call Centre Agent to join its Client Services team. This position offers excellent growth potential and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will provide client service by responding to, processing, and resolving customer queries via telephone, Freshdesk, and Freshchat while ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to tickets.

  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

  • Maintain service level agreements (SLA) through adherence to schedules, processes, and workplans.

  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary.

  • Accurately document all call information as per standard operating procedures.

  • Support risk management by following internal processes.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – required

  • Business acumen (essential)

  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication skills (oral & written)

  • Strong telephonic skills for dealing with customers, stores, and operations managers

  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain organised

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, committed, and with a strong work ethic
