Job Overview
An ambitious, responsible, and self-motivated Junior HR Clerk is required to join the HR Department at the company’s Head Office in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or junior professional looking to grow in the HR field.
Minimum Requirements

National Diploma in Human Resources or related qualification
-
0–1 year HR experience
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Basic knowledge of Sage 300 (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
-
Administer HR reports and ensure accuracy
-
Handle and complete labour inspection requirements from the Department of Labour
-
Process Provident Fund form submissions
-
Assist stores with Injury on Duty (IOD) forms and capture data on the system
-
Administer applications for loans and staff advances
-
Capture warnings and terminations
-
Reset ESS passwords and provide HR system support
