Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Contact Center Agent to manage customer interactions, including orders, inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting. This role reports to the Contact Center Team Leader and plays a critical role in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Manage orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to minimum order requirements

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly

Forward credit-held orders to Accounts Receivable and advise buyers on account status

Maintain strong communication with depots to ensure service levels are met

Support administration and documentation related to customer service
Requirements
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years in a contact center (inbound/outbound)
Education & Certifications:
-
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

Call Center certification (advantageous)
Skills & Competencies:
-
FMCG industry experience (advantageous)

Computer literate (MS Office)

Knowledge of SAP
