Role Overview
As a Web Solutions Analyst, you will:

Translate business process requirements into detailed technical specifications

Design, build, maintain, and support corporate, public-facing, and e-commerce websites

Monitor website health, make updates, and liaise with third-party support vendors
-
Work closely with business users and Technical Analysts to deliver effective web solutions
Reports to: Productivity Solutions Manager
Direct Reports: None
Requirements
Experience:
-
3–5 years web solutions experience
-
3–5 years Shopify experience, including configuration, development, and environment management

Proficient with Shopify ecosystem, Liquid, GraphQL, JavaScript (NodeJS), Shopify CLI, Github, JSON, React, Ajax
-
WordPress and Magento Commerce experience is a plus
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or Diploma in Information Technology

Relevant professional certifications advantageous
