About the Internship
CIPC (a member of the dtic) is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with opportunities to gain workplace experience. This Graduate Internship Programme will run for 24 months and is targeted at unemployed South African graduates.
Internship Overview
As defined by Cabinet (December 2002), an internship is a public service graduate work experience programme that:

Targets unemployed graduates from higher education institutions.

Provides workplace exposure to graduates who have completed their degrees/diplomas.

Supports graduates with no prior work experience and who have never participated in an internship.

Is open to applicants between 18 – 35 years old.

Stipend

R12 000.00 per month
Successful candidates will be required to sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement.

Qualifications and citizenship checks will be conducted.

Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA.

Candidates must be available for selection interviews as scheduled by CIPC.
