About the Internship

CIPC (a member of the dtic) offers a Graduate Internship Programme to provide graduates with workplace experience. This internship runs for 24 months and gives unemployed graduates practical exposure in call centre quality assurance.

Internship Overview

Open to unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35
Candidate must have an Advanced Diploma in Call Centre Management
No prior work experience required

Remuneration

R12 000.00 stipend per month
Successful applicants will sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement

Additional Information

Qualifications and SA citizenship will be verified; foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA
Candidates must be available for selection interviews as scheduled by CIPC
