Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician (3–5 years) to provide comprehensive technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure.
The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, assisting with IT infrastructure management, supporting users, and ensuring IT security compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving software, hardware, and network systems.

Infrastructure Management: Assist in maintaining and administering servers, network devices, and other critical IT infrastructure.

Project Support: Collaborate with IT team members on larger IT projects, providing technical expertise.

User Support: Provide direct user support, including computer system issues, account setups, and access control.

Requirements
