Job Description
The IT Specialist will manage and maintain the IT and network environment, interacting with all parts of the business to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include IT planning, processes and policies, network infrastructure design, hardware and software management, prevention methods, security compliance, asset control, and supporting global IT security standards.
Key Duties
IT Strategy & Plan

Develop and implement IT strategic and business plans.

Research and implement technological solutions.

Monitor organisational effectiveness through IT support.

Conduct system audits and verify application results.
IT Processes & Policies

Improve IT processes and policies to meet business needs.

Ensure continuous network support and faster query resolution.

Monitor adherence to compliance standards.

Manage IT contracts in line with company objectives.
Network Infrastructure, Security & Systems

Maintain network infrastructure and ensure uptime.

Manage network security and information confidentiality.

Oversee IT projects and connectivity systems.

Hardware & Software Management

Support Windows OS, patch management, and end-user devices (+/- 200 users).

Requirements

4–7 years’ experience in IT-related field.

Strong knowledge of IT procedures, networks, and servers.

Certifications/Skills: A+, N+, MS Office (basic–advanced), MCSE / MCITP.

Good understanding of IT security and infrastructure.
Travel Requirements

Regional Trips: Up to 2 per year (as required).
