The Personal Assistant role was created to provide professional and efficient assistance in the following areas:

Function Coordinator

General Office Management

School Administration
Responsibilities Include
PA to Principal:
-
Coordinating the Principal’s diary
-
Taking minutes of confidential meetings with parents
-
Coordinating communication between the Principal and parents
-
Booking talent review meetings (appraisals)
-
Performing various other ad hoc duties as needed
Function Coordination:
-
Coordinating events from start to finish
-
Managing catering
-
Requesting comparative quotes and maintaining budget
-
Handling additional ad hoc tasks as required
General Office Management:
-
Managing reception desk and telephones
-
Ordering and managing staff stationery and stock
-
Managing staff refreshments if needed
School Administration:
-
Managing staff daily register
-
Coordinating second-hand uniform shop (if applicable)
-
Coordinating school photographs
-
Booking school trips (if required)
-
Handling other administrative tasks as required
HR Administration:
-
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting Principal and management with recruitment processes
-
Documentation: Managing HR documents (LOAs, contracts, study assistance agreements, etc.)

Data Integrity: Ensuring accurate HR data management
-
Performance Management: Supporting the Principal and management team in talent reviews and appraisals
