Position Overview
St Andrew’s seeks to appoint a Senior School English Home Language Teacher to teach across the GET and FET phases, with effect from 1 January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate educator to join a dynamic and values-driven team.
Minimum Requirements

Appropriate academic and professional qualifications
-
SACE registration (valid and current)
-
Ability and willingness to teach English Home Language across Grades 8 to 12

Grade 12 teaching experience

IEB experience is advantageous (not essential)

Proficiency in computer literacy and educational technology

Ability to motivate and foster creativity in learners

Willingness to participate in the co-curricular programme

Alignment with the values and Christian ethos of the school

Commitment to upholding the school’s ethos and traditions

Willingness to undergo clearance in accordance with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register
