Job Summary
PPS InsCo is offering a Graduate IT Internship for motivated candidates eager to gain hands-on experience across IT functions. This role provides exposure to cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation projects, preparing interns for future careers in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Support deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure

Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and incident response

Contribute to data analytics projects using Power BI, Python, or SQL for business insights

Document IT processes, configurations, and user guides

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation and innovation projects

Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend system improvements
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Postgraduate degree (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Adaptability to new tools and environments

AI literacy (responsible prompting, tool evaluation, bias awareness)

Low-code/no-code development knowledge
