Job Summary
PPS is seeking a Graduate Intern in Data Analytics to support its Group Insights and Analytics team. The role involves managing and optimizing data pipelines, maintaining the analytics data warehouse, and creating automated dashboards to provide actionable insights across business functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Analytics Data Warehouse and Data Pipeline environments

Automate and audit data flows to ensure clean, accessible data

Support data governance initiatives: quality, accessibility, ownership, and security

Engage with stakeholders to understand and meet data management requirements

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data solutions

Design and implement data strategies and systems in collaboration with IT and business teams

Source and load diverse data into the data lake for analysis and product development

Assemble large, complex datasets meeting functional and non-functional business requirements

Develop data tools to assist analytics and data science teams
Requirements
Education:
-
BSc in IT, Data Engineering, or related field

Postgraduate degree in Data Engineering preferred
Skills & Knowledge:

SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)

Understanding of database and query solutions

Knowledge of data management best practices, data modeling, and governance

Familiarity with information lifecycle management, master data management, and business audits
