About the Role
VKB Milling is seeking a General Worker to assist in day-to-day operations at its wheat mill in Modderrivier. The role involves manual labour, loading/offloading stock, general housekeeping, and supporting operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

Able to perform hard manual labour

Physically fit with stamina for manual tasks

Willingness to work Monday to Saturday and night shifts

Basic English literacy for understanding instructions
Duties & Responsibilities

General tidiness and housekeeping of the premises

Cleaning duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading of stock

Painting and maintenance tasks when required

Stock control and operational support

Effective teamwork and communication

Follow instructions and ensure quality in all tasks
