We are recruiting for a Service Desk Agent on a 3-year contract, based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities

Log all relevant incident/service request details on the call tracking system

Provide first-level support through taking calls

Handle incidents and service requests using incident reporting and request fulfilment processes

Allocate categorization and prioritization codes

Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis
-
Resolve incidents/service requests where possible
-
Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales, keeping users informed of progress
-
Follow up on customer satisfaction and conduct surveys
Minimum Requirements
-
Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT
-
Minimum 2 years ICT experience

A+ Certification (required)
-
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) – added advantage
