Service Desk Agent (3-Year Contract)

We are recruiting for a Service Desk Agent on a 3-year contract, based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log all relevant incident/service request details on the call tracking system

  • Provide first-level support through taking calls

  • Handle incidents and service requests using incident reporting and request fulfilment processes

  • Allocate categorization and prioritization codes

  • Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis

  • Resolve incidents/service requests where possible

  • Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales, keeping users informed of progress

  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and conduct surveys

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT

  • Minimum 2 years ICT experience

  • A+ Certification (required)

  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) – added advantage
