Key Responsibilities

• Teach Home Language English to Grades 8–11

• Foster a healthy learning environment for pupils

• Work in alignment with the St Patrick’s College Christian ethos and Governing Body policies

• Communicate and interact effectively with teenagers

• Develop and sustain innovative teaching and learning ideas

• Utilize educational technology (e.g., Google Classroom) to enhance teaching and learning

Requirements

• BA (plus PGCE) or B.Ed. (FET phase) majoring in English

• SACE registration

• NSRO (National Register for Sex Offenders) compliant

• Experience with IEB curriculum is recommended
