Key Duties:

Create a learning experience that stimulates and grows individual talents and equips children with essential skills in reading, literacy, and numeracy.
Deliver future-focused education that motivates, inspires, and challenges students.
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and strength of character at all times.
Develop and maintain constructive partnerships with colleagues, parents, guardians, and community members.

Areas of Accountability:

Academic delivery, assessment, and reporting.
Student behaviour management.
School brand ambassadorship.
Administration and organisational duties.
Health and safety compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in ECD or B. Education (Foundation Phase).
PGCE necessary if degree is deemed suitable (e.g., Psychology).
SACE certification and police clearance required.
2–5 years teaching experience.
Computer and digital literacy.
First Aid certification.
