Job Summary:
Contribute to the performance of the Call Centre through accurate order taking, monitoring, customer liaison, and communication with internal functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Process orders accurately according to customer information.

Ensure correct pricing on all captured orders.
-
Resolve or escalate queries, complaints, and concerns according to procedure.
-
Complete daily filing as per departmental requirements.
-
Complete and communicate all reports timely.
-
Execute workflows according to system requirements.
-
Ensure clients’ needs are met according to their expectations.
-
Liaise with internal and external customers.
-
Maintain and manage distribution and order actions on a daily basis.
-
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and fast processing skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent.
-
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year in FMCG sales environment.
-
Minimum 1 year in sales administration, execution, or call center roles.
-
Previous call center experience is advantageous.
