Job Summary:
The IT Systems Analyst will liaise with Business Analysts, development teams, business users, project teams, and vendors to provide end-to-end production and project support for all applications in production. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, optimizes application performance, and improves related business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and improve information flow.

Ensure roadmaps have appropriate targets aligned with business objectives.

Partner with business and technology domain experts to translate requirements into technology solutions.

Coordinate annual roadmap working sessions and align BT priorities with business partner needs.

Liaise with business stakeholders to provide information and assist with queries.

Manage and deliver projects, including resource allocation and feedback.

Act as an internal consultant to design and execute business solutions.

Assist BAs and Architects in translating strategic decisions into actionable solutions.

Contribute to the long-term IT systems architecture roadmap.

Adhere to processes within the system development lifecycle.

Prepare documentation, including requirement specifications, technical documentation, test packs, and training material.

Provide input into the budgeting process.

Plan and manage own workflow, anticipate obstacles, and meet objectives within deadlines.

Stay up to date with legislation and emerging developments in IT systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:

4 to 5 years’ experience in Business/Systems Analysis.

Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science or Bachelor of Technology.

Strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is advantageous.
