Job Summary
Rallim Modern Learning Environment is seeking a Grade 12 History Educator (Maternity Cover) to deliver high-quality History lessons, manage assessments, and ensure curriculum pacing and reporting during the fixed-term appointment. The role involves teaching CAPS-aligned History to Grade 12 learners and actively supporting the school’s ethos and learning environment during the cover period.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in History or related field, with a PGCE or equivalent
-
Full SACE registration (or evidence of application)

Proven experience teaching Grade 12 History and preparing learners for NSC examinations

Ability to manage curriculum pacing, assessment, and reporting within a fixed-term appointment

Strong organisational and classroom management skills

Willingness to actively support the school’s ethos and community during the cover period
