Job Summary
Rallim Modern Learning Environment seeks a Grade 12 Music / Grade 8 & 9 History Educator to deliver high-quality lessons, manage assessments, and actively contribute to co-curricular and cultural programs. The role requires teaching practical and theoretical Music to Grade 12 learners and History to Grades 8 & 9 in alignment with the CAPS curriculum.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Music and/or History, plus PGCE or equivalent

Full SACE registration (or proof of application)

Proven experience teaching Grade 12 Music (practical & theory) and Grade 8 & 9 History within the CAPS curriculum

Strong planning, assessment, and classroom management skills

Commitment to co-curricular involvement, particularly music ensembles, productions, or cultural events

Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork within a dynamic high school environment
